Dr Linda was born in Switzerland in an English family and was brought up in France where she qualified as a Doctor in General Medicine and Vascular Pathology in 1985.
She has been practising first as a locum at St Philibert University Hospital near Lille then in private practice in Calais and Saint Omer (France) since 1989. She has been registered with the GMC since 2004 and has worked as a Vascular Consultant in London and currently in Canterbury (Kent).
As a vascular Doctor, she is trained in Phlebology, treatments of varicose veins, leg thread veins and ulcers by sclerotherapy, microsclerotherapy and Foam Echo-sclerotherapy. She is an expert in vascular duplex scan examination which is necessary to assess the patient’s vein status, before providing a bespoke treatment plan which may require initial treatment of larger and deeper varicose veins before addressing thread veins.
Besides her work, Dr Linda enjoys playing golf, skiing, listening to classical music and cooking.
