Dr Alice Hudson-Peacock is winner of the Silver Award for Aesthetic Practitioner of the Year at The Kent Health and Beauty Awards 2016. She held the position of Specialty Doctor in Dermatology to the East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust until January 2014, but currently only works as an Aesthetic Doctor and as the Managing Director of the Canterbury Skin and Laser Clinic.
She has many years of experience in providing laser and cosmetic wrinkle treatments.
Dr Alice regularly attends Master Classes and Conferences both in the U.K. and abroad; most recently, she was invited to the World Congress in Anti-ageing Medicine in Monaco.
Dr Alice has been providing laser treatments for skin conditions since 1997. She was a founder and Managing Director of Chaucer Laser Services, which was set up in the local private Chaucer hospital in March 1997.
Due to significant expansion in the number of lasers used for various skin indications, the service was moved to new premises in Castle Street in 2004, when the name of the service was changed to The Canterbury Skin and Laser Clinic.
Her ethos is to provide an honest medical opinion and to achieve the most pleasing outcomes in a cost-effective way. By combining her experience in Clinical Dermatology and her vast experience of all types of cosmetic treatments, she is an expert in skin assessments and is able to give and provide a complete aesthetic solution for her client’s needs.
She has particular expertise in non-surgical rejuvenation of the face, hands and the décolletage.
Dr Mark and Dr Alice have been married since March 1987. They met during their medical school training in the University of Wales College of Medicine. They have one son, Nathan, who has just graduated from medical school in Christ’s College, Cambridge. They enjoy all genres of music, especially classical music, travelling to all the exciting places in the world, theatre going and are enthusiastic foodies.
